Description
Perfect results on tool steel with pink high-quality corundum in brown design
No chrome coating
No dangerous shank breakage thanks to high-quality steel shaft
High hardness and sharpness for long durability
Stainless steel, zinc-nickel coating
Also efficiently splints even harder materials
Quality-tested: High safety through regular testing
Perfect dimensional stability: Fits optimally into the drive machine
The ceramic grinding pin EKBR convinces by its special grain mixture of high-quality corundum pink in brown design and achieves perfect results on tool steel. Precision is required in tool and mold making. Tool steels have a high degree of hardness and strength adapted to the intended use and therefore require special grinding tools to be able to process the workpieces up to the most narrow tolerance ranges. The grinding pins for tool and mold making are very dimensionally stable and chips even the toughest materials. Owing to its micro-crystalline design the ceramic grinding grain is extremely pleasant to splinter and thus self-sharpening. Difficult-to-machine materials such as nickel-base alloys can thus be easily processed. Moreover, a high service life is achieved through the processing of special grain qualities. Our wide and deep offer allows you to process even "the smallest corner".
