Description
Perfect results on cast iron with the mixture of white and normal corundum
Quality-tested: High safety through regular testing
No dangerous shank breakage thanks to high-quality steel shaft
Stainless steel, zinc-nickel coating
Perfect dimensional stability: Fits optimally into the drive machine
No chrome coating
Combination of hard and tough grain: For machining cast iron and cast steel
The ceramic grinding pin HK is characterized by a mixture of pink and normal corundum and achieves perfect results on castings by combining hard and tough grain. The properties of the various castings are largely determined by their carbon content and by the shape in which the carbon is excreted in the structure. The machining of castings is usually "rough". Often the jobs to be edited are difficult to access. With the grinding pin HK large burr, sprue and riser can be removed without any problem. Our grinding tools for the machining of cast materials include special mixed grains and resistant bonds, which are optimally suited for the above-mentioned applications. The good "grip" of the grinding grain and the smooth running of the grinding tools support ergonomic work with low application of force. Abrasive bodies can be manufactured in a variety of dimensions and different fabrics. This means that the individual tool is available for every application.
