Description
Highest precision: Special quality for processing hard materials
Thanks to the special spreading process, the grinding grain is particularly sharp in use, does not become active and requires little force
Special durable due to robust bonding with a special resin mixture
Good life on various materials, rough and fine grinding
Faster finished due to the highest removal rate
No bluish coloring - less rework
Can be used for a long time - no glazing of the grinding grain
Resource and environmental friendly material: Made with fair trade organic cotton
Good price-performance ratio thanks to normal corundum
This sanding cap for the straight grinder enables the perfect processing of small parts and makes de-burring with ease possible. It is intended for fine and fine grinding work, especially in difficult to reach areas and for processing in tool, shaping and model construction. The abrasive grain of these slip caps is perfectly aligned thanks to a sanding cover binding as well as a special spreading process in production. The cap does not sit, is sharper and requires less effort while working and blue coloring or glazing does not occur. In addition, it is particularly long-lasting thanks to its robust bonding with a suitable resin mixture. The standard corundum Special is optimized for machining corrosion- and heat-resistant steels in tool and mold making. It allows you to work cost-effectively. LUKAS abrasive caps are made of high-quality grinding fabric and are manufactured to fit accurately for exclusive use on the associated grinding cap support. LUKAS offers a wide range of tools with appropriate supports for different purposes (supports).
