Description
Grind surfaces efficiently with self-sharpening effect and enormous service life
Quality-tested: High safety through regular testing
Highest hardness and sharpness for an impressive durability
Long life.
High and fast stripping especially on hardened surfaces, tinder, hard coatings and tank welding seams
No dangerous shank breakage thanks to high-quality steel shaft
Chip efficient even the harshest materials
No chrome coating
Perfect dimensional stability: Fits optimally into the drive machine
Stainless steel, zinc-nickel coating
Faster finished due to the highest removal rate
Wide range of uses
Can be used for a long time - no glazing of the grinding grain
This sanding pocket is made of individual leaves, which are mounted in a fan shape around the axis of the tool and is so well suited for straightening, removing rust, plastering, deburring, surface grinding, Suitable for effects loops or facets. The grinding surface remains optimally sharp always through the self-sharpening effect of the innovative ceramic grinding grain. When used, ceramic particles break off and thus make space for new ones with sharp blades. That's why this universal tool easily applies so it achieves extremely high removal rates and a considerable lifespan over the entire service life. Tool changes become much less necessary – tool costs are reduced. Hardened surfaces, wear-resistant steels, tinder and hard layers, titanium alloys and armored welds are no problem and can be easily worked on in a short time. The high-quality steel shaft of the sanding fan fits perfectly into the drive machine. Clamps, slip or even shaft breakage are a thing of the past. Regular tests ensure a high level of safety. The zinc-nickel coating keeps this tool free of rust.
