Description
With integrated cooling slots for a cool touch and little post-work
Cooling slots prevent bluish coloring, which means less rework and provides a good surface finish
Quick and easy installation without clamping wrench
Also efficiently splints even harder materials
Environmentally friendly manufactured with the latest resin hardening technology
Safe working even with high rotational speeds and temperatures, thanks to the special resin adhesive
Self-sharpening effect: High abrasion particularly on stainless steel
Always fresh abrasive sheets in use: Wear releases underlying slats
Quick and easy installation without wrench thanks to integrated M14 thread
High hardness and sharpness for long durability
Quality-tested: High safety through regular testing
Highest life span by multi-layered grinding pad
Light carrier material for low tool weight
The LUKA thin-section grinding disc SLTK with zirconium oxide in straight design has an integrated M14 thread and convinces through a cooling slot for cool grinding and little rework. In addition, the cooling slots prevent a bluish coloring, so that optimum surface results can be achieved. The M14 thread allows quick and easy installation without clamping wrench, and makes additional WAS tool superfluous and a great time saving means. A light plastic carrier prevents abrasion on the workpiece and ensures the low weight of the tool and easy handling. Due to the self-sharpening effect of the zirconium oxide, combined with a high hardness and sharpness of the grinding grain, this tool achieves high abrasion on hard and tough materials such as stainless steel. The multi-layered grinding surface ensures high sharpness of the tool, as with the first use. If the upper fins wear, fresh sanding pad of the underlying slats is exposed, thus ensuring a long service life and a consistent quality of work. The special resin bond guarantees safe working even at high rotational speeds and temperatures. LUKAS offers you grinding disc for practically any application. These tools are produced on a wide variety of carrier materials (e.g. glass fabric, plastic, metal or even renewable raw materials) in order to meet any application requirements.
