Description
Even the difficult to reach spots in the toughest materials are perfectly polished
High hardness and sharpness for long durability
Perfect dimensional stability: Fits optimally into the drive machine
Also approved for air and space travel thanks to cool cut and low spark flight
Stainless steel, zinc-nickel coating
Also efficiently splints even harder materials
No dangerous shank breakage thanks to high-quality steel shaft
No chrome coating
Quality-tested: High safety through regular testing
This polishing pin of group P6 enables you to improve the surface quality and the dimensional accuracy of your work-piece. Its cool cut and low flying sparks make this tool with silicon carbide even approved for air and space travel. Even hard materials such as stone, glass and high-alloy materials can be processed efficiently and the hard and sharp abrasive grain ensures a long service life. The polishing pin can be used in dry and wet grinding. Due to its long service life and good edge stability, it is ideal for automated processes such as the tip-less circular grinding of pipes or the marbling of stainless steel sheets. The high-quality steel shaft of this polishing pin fits optimally in the drive machine. Clamps, slip or even shaft breakage are a thing of the past. Regular tests ensure a high level of safety. The zinc-nickel coating keeps this tool free of rust.
