This abrasive roll with ceramic grain offers a Maximum of Abrasive surface. It is used on reusable tool supports for straight grinders when processing small workpieces for deburring, cleaning or trimming. Their great advantage is the enormous amount of grinding surface simply because of the large working surface, which is cylindrical-wound. The sanding pad is therefore multilayered. As soon as a sanding layer has been used up, the next layer becomes apparent and the grinding work continues. The abrasive wheels therefore offer exceptional service life. The automatic sharpening effect of the innovative ceramic grinding grain ensures that the sanding roller always remains optimally sharp. When used, ceramic particles break off and thus make space for new ones with sharp blades. That's why this universal tool easily applies so it achieves extremely high removal rates and a considerable lifespan over the entire service life. Tool changes become much less necessary – tool costs are reduced. Hardened surfaces, wear-resistant steels, tinder and hard layers, titanium alloys and armored welds are no problem and can be easily worked on in a short time.
