USB4 240W USB-C charging cable St/St with Power delivery 3.1 - more performance for the next USB charging generation
This Manhattan USB 4 Type C charging cable is your future-proof connection for coming High-Power USB chargers and laptops. It conforms to the latest USB Power delivery standard 3.1, which introduces the extended Power range (EPR). Cables and devices with EPR support a power up to 240 watts (48 V / 5 A), an increase of almost 2.5 times the predecessor PD 3.0, whose "standard Power range" (SPR) was limited to 100 W (20 V / 5 A max.).

Superior wattage, backwards compatible with older chargers
High-end devices such as the latest 16-inch MacBook Pro® or a modern gaming laptop already use an input power of over 100 W, which they currently receive from a proprietary power supply. These bulky power supplies use special DC connectors that are not interchangeable between different brands. If you lose such a power supply, a frustrating expensive replacement is necessary. The universal USB-C port puts an end to this frustration and allows laptops of all manufacturers to be charged with any PD 3.1-compatible charger or a PD 3.1-compatible power bank. This universal charging capability is also the reason why a new EU regulation requires laptops to support charging via USB-C. from 2026 onwards. PD 3.1 is backward compatible with PD 3.0, so that you can continue to use your old chargers with 100, 65 W or less.

Ultra-fast 40G data transfer and 8K single display or 4K Dual display resolution with USB4 (also known as USB 4.0)
With this cable you can transfer films, music or a whole photo collection in breath-taking speed of 40 Gbit/s. If you use it as a screen interface (e.g. with your docking station), it delivers brilliant 8K resolution (7680 x 4320) at fast 60 Hz or 4K UHD at extremely fast 144 Hz with Dynamic HDR10 for contrast and colors in perfection.

Strong shielding and hard-wearing, braided sheath with flexible strain relief
The extremely robust, molded aluminum sleeve absorbs loads through frequent bending without damaging the Kern of the cable, while the braided sleeve makes the cable practically knotting-free. This combination is resistant to cracks and protects against wear, even with frequent use, such as in the car. Double shielding (aluminum foil and braid) and corrosion-resistant contacts provide maximum signal integrity. As is usual with USB-C, the plugs are symmetrical so they fit all the way you insert them.
