With the Universal working table in the field-proven and economical offer compiled by our experts, you create the optimum basis for the work area. Ideal for any application, whether as single or series work table or due to the versatile accessories as a fully equipped assembly or test workplace . THE Universal Standard working table in brilliant blue RAL 5007, 2000 mm wide and 800 mm deep is extremely stable and durable through the self-supporting steel frame frame. It has a telescopic clamp screw height adjustment of 738-848 mm plus table plate thickness for different working heights in sitting and standing activities. Due to the very high load capacity of 600 kg (with uniform load distribution), the table is ideally suited for high mechanical stress in production or assembly. The self-supporting frame consists of 2 steel profile frames 50 x 40 mm and 2 stable, 60 mm high frames as well as rubber shoes (6 mm) for protecting the floor covering. The frame is high-quality powder coated in brilliant blue RAL 5007. The oiled multiplex table top 22 mm thick, 2000 mm wide and 800 mm deep, consists of a beech multilayer plate of quality class I/III. The multiplex table top is lubricated crosswise, water-proof under high pressure in accordance with DIN 68705 IF (IW67) and environmentally friendly. All edges and corners are ground and chamfered. A clear painting of the multiplex plate is possible on request. The multiplex table top is used wherever high mechanical loads, such as in the assembly and production areas, are required. Due to the gluing, the table top can also be used for occasional work with damp materials. A housing base with drawers is included in the delivery. The understructure serves for an intelligent and clean order at the workplace. It has a width of 500, a depth of 580 mm and a height of 360 mm. The housing consists of a solid reinforced steel sheet construction, high-quality powder coated in brilliant blue RAL 5007. The housing can be loaded up to 200 kg. The housing is fitted with a cylinder lock and 2 keys as standard, as well as a central lock. The housing has a working height of 300 mm and consists of 2 drawers with the aperture heights 1 x 100 mm, 1 x 200 mm. The drawers can be extended up to 80% and can be loaded up to 35 kg. The drawers are equipped with a large handle bar and also with a label for labeling the drawers. In addition, the housing is also equipped with a single extension lock. This prevents the unintentional, simultaneous opening of several drawers and thus reduces the risk of crushing and injury. THE Universal Standard workbench can be extended to a row workplace at any time and without restriction with additional mounting tables (Universal Standard mounting table product number: AU6115.5007). The work table can also be extended with an intermediate floor for optimum use of storage space (intermediate floor product number: ZB3681).
