Manuflex AU7335.5007 Work table UNIVERSAL Special mobile with multiplex plate, WxDxH = 1250 x 800 x 752-972 mm Brilliant

THE Universal Special working table mobile in brilliant blue RAL 5007, 1250 mm wide and 800 mm deep is extremely stable and durable due to the self-supporting steel frame frame. The mobility of the work table makes it easy to change the place of work. There is no need to set up and dismantle or to reposition the table with difficulty by lifting the table. The table can also be used as a transport aid by means of a movement. Due to the wide range of accessories, the work table can be set up as a fully equipped assembly or test workstation. THE Universal Special mobile work table has a telescopic clamp screw height adjustment of 730-950 mm plus table plate thickness for different working heights during sitting and standing activities. With a load capacity of 250 kg (with uniform load distribution), the mobile work table is suitable for light assembly activities, testing activities or for use in production and dispatch. By using heavy-duty rollers, the load capacity can be increased even if a higher load is desired. Please ask. The self-supporting frame consists of 2 steel profile frames 57x43 mm and 2 stable, 60 mm high frames. The work table is supplemented with a TPE (thermoplastic elastomers) roller set 125 mm Ø, consisting of 2 castors with locking device and 2 fixed rollers for a good straight run. The frame is high-quality powder coated in brilliant blue RAL 5007. The oiled multiplex table top 22 mm thick, 1250 mm wide and 800 mm deep, consists of a beech multilayer plate of quality class I/III. The multiplex table top is lubricated crosswise, water-proof under high pressure in accordance with DIN 68705 IF (IW67) and environmentally friendly. All edges and corners are ground and chamfered. A clear painting of the multiplex plate is possible on request. The multiplex table top is used wherever high mechanical loads, such as in the assembly and production areas, are required. Due to the gluing, the table top can also be used for occasional work with damp materials.
