Ideal for every application , whether as a fully equipped assembly or test workstation or especially for the special requirements of shift operation . THE Universal Ergo K worktable has a robust, stepless hand crank hydraulic height adjustment with 4 lift cylinders of 700-1000 mm plus table top thickness for frequent, continuous change between standing and sitting work place for better fine motor, higher visual accuracy and physical relief of your employees by changing the working position. The crank handle can be folded down, so there is no risk of injury from a strip of the crank handle. The lifting speed is 5 mm per crank rotation. The height adjustment can be operated at an ambient temperature of 0-40 °C. The work table can be loaded with up to 450 kg (with uniform load distribution). The load specification is always valid minus net weight as well as attachment weights such as surface-mounted portrays, chassis housings or intermediate floors. The self-supporting frame consists of 2 steel profile frames 57 x 43 mm and 2 stable, 60 mm high frames as well as rubber shoes (6 mm) for protecting the floor covering. The frame is high-quality powder coated in anthracite RAL 7016. The white-gray PVC table top 22 mm thick, 2500 mm wide and 1000 mm deep, consists of a homogeneous, durable PVC coating, which is pressed on an E 1 (emission class 1) 3-layer chipboard with counterbalance. It is abrasion and water resistant, durable, impact and impact resistant, as well as non-slip. It also has a certain chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, detergents, oils and fats. The table top is therefore suitable for mechanical work in assembly and production. UNIVERSAL Ergo K is also available on request as an attachment bench and with crimp-type protection strips. THE Universal Ergo workbench is generally delivered without side panels.
