Manuflex LB4046.9006 ESD ESD side table MOBILE BASE with plastic table top in aluminum silver similar to RAL 9006, WxDxH

The progressive development in electronics tends to be smaller and smaller components. With the constantly reduced size of various components, even the microscopic distances between the insulators and circuits within the components are reduced, so that suitable static protection measures are required. Tiny static discharges are not noticeable to individuals, but are nevertheless harmful to electronic components and components. What is more, the damage caused by the electrostatic charge cannot be detected by the naked eye. Electrostatically protected areas and individual ESD workstations are required in almost all electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. With our ESD workstation systems we help you to avoid electrostatic discharge and protect your components. The ESD side table BASE mobile with plastic table top is an inexpensive and flexible side table trolley for various applications in production, storage and dispatch. The load capacity of 250 kg with uniform load distribution meets the requirements of simple mechanical, production or testing work in production, storage, assembly, laboratory and dispatch. The mobile version is also flexible and adaptable to production and production changes. Where the side table is needed, it can be easily pushed. If it is no longer needed, it can also be used elsewhere. Due to the simple mounting the side table is immediately ready for use. The table is equipped with a stable steel frame frame frame with 33 mm Ø round tube feet and 60 mm high frames. The frame is high-quality powder-coated in aluminum silver similar to RAL 9006 conductive. The ESD side table is equipped with 2 conductive steering wheels and 2 Bock TPE wheels (thermoplastic elastomers), Ø 125 mm. For your safety, both castors are equipped with locking devices in accordance with EN 1757-3 . The light-gray plastic table top 28 mm thick, 1250 mm wide and 800 mm deep, consists of volume conductive E1 (emission class 1) 3-layer chipboard on 0.8 mm HPL laminate base with hard fiber counterbalance. Furthermore, the plastic table top is bordered with light gray, impact-resistant plastic Umleimer. The smooth surface is easy to clean. It is also resistant to abrasion, scratches and shocks, is durable and glare-free. The table top is electrically conductive, the leakage resistance according to EN 100015 is< 1x10^9-> 7.5x10^5 ohms. The table top is suitable for technical and mechanical work in the ESD area. The ESD side table BASE has a width of 1250 mm, a depth of 800 mm and a total height of 856 mm.
