Manuflex LS1043.5007 ESD BASETEC mobile ESD drawer cabinet, 500 mm working height with 4 drawers, brilliant blue RAL 500

The progressive development in electronics tends to be smaller and smaller components. With the constantly reduced size of various components, even the microscopic distances between the insulators and circuits within the components are reduced, so that suitable static protection measures are required. Tiny static discharges are not noticeable to individuals, but are nevertheless harmful to electronic components and components. What is more, the damage caused by the electrostatic charge cannot be detected by the naked eye. Electrostatically protected areas and individual ESD workstations are required in almost all electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. With our ESD workstation systems we help you to avoid electrostatic discharge and protect your components. The BASETEC ESD drawer cabinet has been designed to meet the requirements of practice and ensures systematic order and organization at the ESD workstation. With the help of the ESD drawer cabinet, tools and small parts can be stored and sorted optimally. Behind the stable construction made of high-quality sheet steel there is plenty of storage space and a variable distribution and equipment concept. Meaningful drawer combinations and selectable color and model variants offer the individual possibility of systematically optimizing the situation at the workplace. The welding seams of the BASETEC drawer cabinets are subjected to continuous testing. This ensures stability and longevity! The housing consists of a solid and reinforced steel sheet construction with a 50 mm perforated grid for individual classification. The casing is in brilliant blue RAL 5007 conductive high-quality powder coated. The housing is fitted with a cylinder lock and 2 keys as standard, as well as a central lock.
