Manuflex LU7063.9006 ESD ESD workbench UNIVERSAL special basic table with rubber plate, WxDxH = 1500 x 1000 x 722-1022 m

The progressive development in electronics tends to be smaller and smaller components. With the constantly reduced size of various components, even the microscopic distances between the insulators and circuits within the components are reduced, so that suitable static protection measures are required. Tiny static discharges are not noticeable to individuals, but are nevertheless harmful to electronic components and components. What is more, the damage caused by the electrostatic charge cannot be detected by the naked eye. Electrostatically protected areas and individual ESD workstations are required in almost all electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. With our ESD workstation systems we help you to avoid electrostatic discharge and protect your components. The ESD workbench UNIVERSAL Special in aluminum silver similar to RAL 9006 conductive, 1500 mm wide and 1000 mm deep, supports the protection against damage to your components from electrostatic discharge, including earthing box. Ideal for any application, whether as single or series work table, or due to the versatile accessories as a fully equipped assembly or test workplace. THE Universal Special workbench has a telescopic clamp screw height adjustment of 700-1000 mm plus table plate thickness for different working heights for sitting and standing activities. Due to the very high load capacity of 800 kg (with uniform load distribution), the table is ideally suited for high mechanical stress in production or assembly. The self-supporting frame consists of 2 steel profile frames 57 x 43 mm and 2 stable, 60 mm high frames as well as rubber shoes (6 mm) for protecting the floor covering. The frame is high-quality powder-coated in aluminum silver similar to RAL 9006 conductive. The platinum-gray rubber table top 22 mm thick, 1500 mm wide and 1000 mm deep, consists of homogeneous, electrically conductive rubber base-covering on E1 (emission class 1) 3-layer chipboard pressed in return. The rubber table top is bordered with light gray, impact-resistant plastic Umleimer. The smooth and medium hard (shore hardness 80) surface is easy to clean. It is also resistant to abrasion, scratches and shocks, is durable as well as solder and heat resistant, flame retardant according to B1 (fire protection class 1) DIN 4102. The table top has short-term chemical resistance to solvents, diluted acids, alkalis, oils and fats. The leakage resistance according to EN 61340-5-1 10^6-10^7 ohms. The tabletop is suitable for technical work and occasional work in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and laboratories as well as with warmer materials. THE Universal Special workbench can be extended to a row workplace at any time and without restriction with additional add-on tables (Basic Universal Special Product Number: LU8063.9006).
