Manuflex LV3132.5007 LV3132.5007 ESD Shelf trolley Brake Steel plate powder-coated Brilliant blue (RAL 5007)

The progressive development in electronics tends to be smaller and smaller components. With the constantly reduced size of various components, even the microscopic distances between the insulators and circuits within the components are reduced, so that suitable static protection measures are required. Tiny static discharges are not noticeable to individuals, but are nevertheless harmful to electronic components and components. What is more, the damage caused by the electrostatic charge cannot be detected by the naked eye. Electrostatically protected areas and individual ESD workstations are required in almost all electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. With our ESD workstation systems we help you to avoid electrostatic discharge and protect your components. Material transport can be as colorful, colorful and varied as it is! By the VARIMOBIL ESD-floor wagons you can shorten long transport routes and relieve your employees physically. The mobile floor wagons are also ideally suited for in-process storage. The VARIMOBIL ESD shelf trolley is characterized by a high flexibility and durability! The base frame in the U-profile 30 x 30 mm is high-quality powder-coated in brilliant blue RAL 5007 conductive and made of sheet steel, as well as reinforced with struts. As standard with large handy sliding handle. The mobile ESD floor wagon is equipped with 2 conductive steering wheels, 2 Bock TPE wheels (thermoplastic elastomers), Ø 125 mm.
