Manuflex LW1001.9006 ESD mobile workbench model 2 with drawers and shelves, WxDxH 1135 x 590 x 805 mm (W x H x D) 1135 x

The progressive development in electronics tends to be smaller and smaller components. With the constantly reduced size of various components, even the microscopic distances between the insulators and circuits within the components are reduced, so that suitable static protection measures are required. Tiny static discharges are not noticeable to individuals, but are nevertheless harmful to electronic components and components. What is more, the damage caused by the electrostatic charge cannot be detected by the naked eye. Electrostatically protected areas and individual ESD workstations are required in almost all electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. With our ESD workstation systems we help you to avoid electrostatic discharge and protect your components. Mobile ESD workbench model 2 - mobile and stable in one. The mobile ESD workbench not only offers you a mobile work station, but also serves as a simple transport trolley. The workbench is conductive, high-quality powder-coated in aluminum silver similar to RAL 9006. It has a width of 1135 mm, a depth of 590 mm and a height of 780 mm plus cover plate. The mobile workbench is equipped with two half conductive melamine shelves on one side and on the other with a steel housing with 4 drawers in heights 1 x 50 mm 1 x 100 mm 1 x 150 mm 1 x 200 mm. The drawers are perforated for accommodating tray partitions in a 36 mm grid. For your safety, the housing is equipped with a single extension lock and a drawer lock, which prevents the drawers from accidentally running out while driving. The drawers can be locked optimally by means of a cylinder lock and your tools can be protected against external removal, the delivery includes 2 keys. The base frame of the car is extremely robust and equipped with a handy sliding handle, which simplifies the steering of the car. A light gray melamine cover plate is attached to the base frame. The plate is 25 mm thick, has a width of 1080 mm and a depth of 600 mm. The plate consists of an electrically conductive melamine resin coating on volume conductive E 1 (emission class 1) 3-layer chipboard with fine structure on both sides. It has a light gray, impact-resistant plastic ummer. The melamine plate is electrically conductive, as far as possible abrasion and scratch resistant according to DIN EN 438 as well as anti-glare and insensitive. The smooth surface is easy to clean. The leakage resistance according to EN 100015 <$1x10^9>$7.5x10^5 ohms. The economical plate is suitable for light mechanical work and work, without higher chemical stress in the ESD range. The delivery includes 2 conductive steering rollers and 2 conductive Bock TPE rollers. They have a diameter of 125 mm. For your safety, the castors are equipped with adjusters.
