Manuflex LZ3527.7035 ESD ESD complete energy channel with 3 x 2-way socket, WxDxH = 200 x 67 x 130 mm

The progressive development in electronics tends to be smaller and smaller components. With the constantly reduced size of various components, even the microscopic distances between the insulators and circuits within the components are reduced, so that suitable static protection measures are required. Tiny static discharges are not noticeable to individuals, but are nevertheless harmful to electronic components and components. What is more, the damage caused by the electrostatic charge cannot be detected by the naked eye. Electrostatically protected areas and individual ESD workstations are required in almost all electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. With our ESD workstation systems we help you to avoid electrostatic discharge and protect your components. The ESD energy channel is suitable for all ESD workbenches. It is supplied with 3 x 2-way socket completely assembled and wired. Thus you have the desired connections directly at the workplace and there can be no more cable mess. The work surface remains tidy and there is no risk of tripping over external power connections. It is supplied with mounting kit for mounting on the table top. The mains connection must be carried out by an approved electrician. The energy channel has a width of 200 mm, a depth of 67 mm and a height of 130 mm. It has 3 x 2-way socket. The channel is made of steel sheet and high quality in light gray RAL 7035 conductive powder coated. The power channel has a cable entry on the back and a cable gland with strain relief. The power channel is supplied as standard without a supply line. However, you can also order the supply line with the number ZB3521 for 230 V.
