Manuflex LZ8773.7035 ESD ESD device bridge for CANTOLAB workbenches with table width 1250 mm, WxDxH = 1088 x 350 x 25 mm

The progressive development in electronics tends to be smaller and smaller components. With the constantly reduced size of various components, even the microscopic distances between the insulators and circuits within the components are reduced, so that suitable static protection measures are required. Tiny static discharges are not noticeable to individuals, but are nevertheless harmful to electronic components and components. What is more, the damage caused by the electrostatic charge cannot be detected by the naked eye. Electrostatically protected areas and individual ESD workstations are required in almost all electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. With our ESD workstation systems we help you to avoid electrostatic discharge and protect your components. The ESD device bridge for all CANTOLAB workbenches is used to store test and measuring devices, other small parts and materials on the second working level. So the devices are always within reach, long searching is not necessary. The ESD device bridge is infinitely adjustable in depth, so that the device bridge can be individually aligned with the bearing components. Of course, this feature also offers advantages on an ergonomic basis. Field of view and range of grip can be changed as desired from person to person or from workplace to workplace. The working space can also be easily adjusted in case of machining large-volume workpieces. The overall width of the ESD device bridge is 1088 mm. It has a total depth of 352 mm, with a useful depth of 350 mm and a total height of 25 mm. It consists of an electrically conductive melamine resin coating on volume conductive E 1 (emission class 1) 3-layer chipboard with fine structure on both sides. It also has 2 steel brackets in light gray. The installation height of the device bridge is 82 mm. The device bridge is attached to aluminum surface-mounted portals. The load capacity is 35 kg.
