Manuflex RP1014.9006 Shelving rack (basic unit) (W x H x D) 1030 x 2000 x 700 mm Wood

Heavy shelf plug-in shelf PLANAFIX Premium (basic shelf) for the highest quality requirements with wooden composite floors. Frame powder-coated, best suitable for heavy storage goods. With diagonal for stabilizing the shelf. Frame design PLANAFIX Premium for the colored alternative under the storage racks. The shelf is welded ready to set up, for the fast, time-saving construction and high-quality powder-coated in aluminum silver similar to RAL 9006. The shelf frames in the U-profile 30 x 30 mm are made of sheet steel and reinforced with struts - for a field load of up to 1500 kg. As standard with galvanized floor plates for dowel mounting. The frame height is 2000 mm. On request, we manufacture shelf frames individually. The rack consists of 5 shelves with a light width of 970 mm and a depth of 700 mm. The shelf thickness is 29 mm. The shelves are made of a real wood construction with smooth wooden fiber plates, thus especially gentle to every bearing material, corrosion-resistant and noise-absorbing and can also be used on both sides. The shelves can be adjusted in the grid of 50 mm in the plug system (in the area of the cross struts in the grid of 100 mm) and can thus be adjusted exactly to your needs. The load capacity per floor is 200 kg with uniform load distribution. On request, we can produce wooden composite shelves individually. The rack is easy to assemble, dismantle or rebuild. You can add extension shelves to your storage base shelf at any time and without restriction (e.g.: Extension shelf PLANAFIX Premium Product Number: RP1114.9006).
