Save yourself a long search and laborious compilation of individual components of the workbench, use our experience! With the COMBI workbench system from our experts, you can create the optimum basis for the work area, which is proven in practice and at an affordable price. The COMBI workbench system combines the classic workbench with the well-known stand housing for the use of both applications in one system. Mechanical assembly or production work is carried out on the workbench, the stand housing provides sufficient space for storing the necessary tools and materials. Thus, independant workplaces can be created, a time-consuming search of material and tools is not necessary. The COMBI workbench system is 2000 mm wide and 700 mm deep and is extremely stable and durable thanks to the self-supporting steel frame and housing. It is 800 mm high plus a workbench plate. Due to the high load capacity of 300 kg (with uniform load distribution), the workbench is suitable for mechanical stress in production or assembly. The two housings consist of a solid and reinforced steel sheet construction with a 50 mm perforated grid for individual classification. The housings are powder-coated in red-orange RAL 2001. The housings are fitted with cylinder lock and 2 keys as standard, as well as with central lock. In addition, the drawer cabinets are equipped with a single extension lock. The stand housings have a width of 500, a depth of 580 mm and a height of 800 mm. Due to the solid design, the stand housings can be loaded with 300 kg. The stand housings are equipped with 5 drawers in the following aperture distributions: 1 x 50 mm, 1 x 100 mm, 1 x 150 mm, 2 x 200 mm the drawers are perforated for accommodating tray partitions in the 36 mm grid. The drawers can be extended up to 80% and can be loaded up to 35 kg. The drawers are equipped with a large handle bar and also with a label for labeling the drawers. The oiled multiplex bench plate is 40 mm thick, 2000 mm wide and 700 mm deep, consists of a beech multilayer plate of quality class I/III. The multiplex bench plate is lubricated crosswise, water-proof under high pressure in accordance with DIN 68705 IF (IW67) and in an environmentally friendly manner. All edges and corners are ground and chamfered. A clear painting of the multiplex plate is possible on request. The multiplex bench plate is suitable for professional use, with very high mechanical stress in the assembly and production area. Due to the gluing, the table top can also be used for occasional work with damp materials. On request, the Combi workbench is also available in conductive design.
