With the COMBI workbench system from our experts, you can create the optimum basis for the work area, which is proven in practice and at an affordable price. The COMBI workbench system combines the classic workbench with the well-known stand housing for the use of both applications in one system. Mechanical assembly or production work is carried out on the workbench, the stand housing provides sufficient space for storing the necessary tools and materials. Thus, independant workplaces can be created, a time-consuming search of material and tools is not necessary. The workbench system COMBI 1500 mm wide and 700 mm deep is extremely stable and durable thanks to the extremely robust base frame and housing. It is 800 mm high plus a workbench plate. Due to the high load capacity of 500 kg (with uniform load distribution), the workbench is suitable for mechanical stress in production or assembly. The single foot frame consists of 1 steel profile frame 40 x 50 mm and rubber shoes (6 mm) for protecting the floor covering. The base frame is high-quality powder coated in red-orange RAL 2001. The housing consists of a solid and reinforced steel sheet construction with a 50 mm perforated grid for individual classification, the delivery includes 2 fixed floors. The housing is high-quality powder-coated in red-orange RAL 2001. The housing is fitted with a cylinder lock and 2 keys as standard, as well as a central lock. The housing base with door has a width of 500, a depth of 580 mm and a height of 800 mm. Due to the solid design, the stand housing can be loaded with 300 kg. The oiled multiplex bench plate is 40 mm thick, red-orange RAL 2001 mm wide and 700 mm deep, consists of a beech multilayer plate of quality class I/III. The multiplex bench plate is lubricated crosswise, water-proof under high pressure in accordance with DIN 68705 IF (IW67) and in an environmentally friendly manner. All edges and corners are ground and chamfered. A clear painting of the multiplex plate is possible on request. The multiplex bench plate is suitable for professional use, with very high mechanical stress in the assembly and production area.
