Manuflex WP6006.5007 Workbench basic frame (W x D) 1250 mm x 700 mm Brilliant blue (RAL 5007)

THE Profi Special base bench in brilliant blue RAL 5007, 1250 mm wide and 700 mm deep is extremely stable and durable thanks to the self-supporting steel frame frame . Ideal for any application, whether as single or row work bench, or due to the versatile accessories as a fully equipped assembly or manufacturing workplace. THE PROFI Special workbench has a telescopic clamping screw height adjustment of 700-1000 mm plus bench top thickness for different working heights for sitting and standing activities. Due to the very high load capacity of 1000 kg (with uniform load distribution), the workbench is ideally suited for high mechanical stress in production or assembly. The self-supporting frame consists of 2 steel profile frames 57 x 43 mm and 2 stable, 60 mm high frames as well as rubber shoes (6 mm) for protecting the floor covering. The frame is high-quality powder coated in brilliant blue RAL 5007. The sheet-metal covering workbench plate 40 mm thick, 1250 mm wide and 700 mm deep, consists of galvanized 1.5 mm thick sheet metal, which is mounted on an E-1 (emission class 1) 3-layer sheet metal. The long sides are U-shaped. It is abrasion, shock and impact resistant, resistant, heat/solder, oil and grease resistant. As a result, the sheet-metal surface bench plate is suitable for mechanical work with very heavy, angular, hot or oily work materials such as in car workshops, paint shops, welding work as well as in steel, machine and metal construction. The Professional Special workbench can be extended to a row workplace at any time and without restriction with additional workbenches (Professional special base bench product number: WP7006.5007). On request, THE Profi Special workbench is also available in conductive design.
