Description
The N78-2 series converters are highly efficient switching regulators that are suitable as replacements for the LM78xx/LM79xx linear regulators and whose pin-out is compatible with the LM78xx/LM79xx ICs. One of the main features is that, depending on the application, the converters can be operated in a circuit with positive or negative output voltage. It is also characterized by a high degree of efficiency of up to 96%, WAS a low power loss means a wide working temperature range of -40°C to +85°C without additional heat sink, compliance with the EN55022 radiation class B without external components, etc.
