Particle counter PCE Instruments PCE-CPC 50 Particulate matter Wall mount

The state-of-the-art pure-room particle counter enables a precise real-time measurement in the range from 0.3 μm to 10 μm, in order to convey a comprehensive picture of the air quality. The results are presented in two units, optionally in number per m³, number per liter or number per 28.3L. The air sampling is carried out by an internal pump. When the particles pass through the light source (laser), light is scattered; the scattered light is converted into an electrical signal (pulse) by a photoelectric converter, and the larger the particles, the larger the pulse signal is.

The integration of Modbus and MQTT ensures a seamless integration in existing networks and enables an efficient data communication. The sampling time can be set from 1 to 10 minutes and the pause time from 1 to 1000 minutes.

With a real-time display of the cleanroom class according to ISO 14644-1, the clean room particle counter always offers control over the purity of the environment. This feature allows continuous monitoring of the purity level and ensures that the premises meet the required standards.
