Description

The EVSE tester for Wallboxes is designed for VDE 0100 tester to test charging stations (charging mode 3) for electric cars. This adapter can be used with the installation tester PCE-ITE 55B or with most of the other common VDE 0100 testers. Thanks to the LEDs for voltage detection at the 3 phases it can be quickly established, if an installation error exists.

With the PP-state rotary switch the current capacity of the charging cable can be simulated. The current carrying capacity is simulated with various resistors in the EVSE tester for wall speakers that are connected between PP and PE conductors. The CP STATE rotary switch can be used to simulate different vehicle conditions. The vehicle statuses are simulated with various resistors connected between the CP and PE conductors.

An external load can be connected to the socket. This output is only intended for measurement purposes and offers the possibility to check the function of the electricity meter. The EVSE tester for Wallboxes can also be used to simulate a PE fault (ground fault). The EVSE tester for Wallboxes is delivered in a device bag. Wallboxes with type 1 connection also have an adapter available optionally.
