PCE Instruments PCE-AS1 PCE-AS1 Air sampling data logger

Air Samplers / Particle Collectors for Microbiological Pollution Control / 3," LCD Touch Screen / Based on the Impact Principle / Bluetooth Interface / 99 Storage Locations for up to 4000 Measurements / Sterilizable Collective Head of Air Samplers is a device for controlling microbiological contamination. This means that the air sampler is used in a wide range of production areas. The air sampler quantifies the colony-forming micro-organisms in the pharmaceutical industry, food and beverage production, as well as in the hospital, cosmetics industry and in environmental measurements. To analyze the microbiological load, the air sampler uses standard Petri dishes that can be used in the sterilizable collection head. The air sampler measures according to the impaction principle, whereby the microorganisms are directly transferred to a petri dish filled with agar. This allows the sample to be incubated directly in the shells by the air sampler. The simple operation, the compact and handy design and the 3" LCD touch screen contribute to the fact that it is a very user-friendly environmental collector. The individual parameters can be stored in one of the 99 memory locations. 2000 measured values can be stored on the device with date, time and volume and can be called up again. This makes it easy to reproduce the values. This also ensures that the air sampler has the option of securing up to 2000 measured values. Another advantage of the air sampler is that the volume of the air sampler can be freely adjusted. It is possible to set volumes from 10 to 6000 liters and the sample throughput is 100 liters per minute. Finally, the air sampler is a mobile device that can be easily brought to various measuring points by battery operation and the sturdy carrying case, but can also be connected to the mains at the same time.
