Description

This colorimeter is a highly precise, portable measuring instrument for determining and comparing colors in various industrial and handicraft applications. Thanks to the modern D/8° measurement geometry with integrated mirror reflex (SCI) the device is excellently suitable for the color analysis of glossy, matt or structured surfaces. The operation is done via a user-friendly 3.5-inch touch-display, which is angled ergonomically at an angle of 20° and enables a comfortable use without physical buttons.

The colorimeter offers a high repeatability of ΔE*AB ≤ 0.03 and provides measurement results in less than one second. Numerous color spaces and color difference formulas are supported, including CIE Lab, LCH, RGB, CMYK as well as the white and yellow index – Ideal for professional color matching in quality management, production or goods receipt inspection. The integrated memory function allows the storage of up to 1000 color values and 1000 comparison recordings, whereby the color measuring device is particularly suitable for recurring testing tasks.

For data analysis, the measured values can be transferred wirelessly to a software on the PC or to mobile devices using USB or wireless technology. Moreover, the APP and the software also enable the execution and storage of measurements. The color measuring device is equipped with a long-lasting lithium-ion battery, which enables up to 10,000 measurements per charge. With its compact dimensions the device can be used without any problems on the move, for example in painting, plastics processing, textile testing or in the printing area.
