Description
Thickness measuring device PCE-CT 5000H Layer thickness measuring device for non-destructive material testing / Measurement on Fe and NFE metals / Internal data storage / Automatic switch-off / Alarm limits can be set / One-point to four-point and zero calibration of the layer thickness measuring device is a measuring instrument for the fast determination of coating strengths on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The layer thickness gauge automatically detects which material is to be measured. After the start, the slice thickness gauge is ready for measurement. The coating thickness checks are a non-destructive measurement process to allow the appropriate surfaces to be reused. Either a magnetic induction or eddy current test is used as the measuring principle. You can set alarm limits on the slice thickness gauge before starting measurements. If the measured value lies outside these alarm limits, a message is displayed by the slice thickness gauge so that a coating that is too small or too thick can be detected directly at the respective location. This procedure is important for incoming and outgoing goods control, because the quality of the coating can be quickly and reliably proven by the use of a coating thickness gauge.
