Description

The pH-control is an industrial measuring system for continuous monitoring and control of the pH-value in liquids. With its robust construction and the integrated temperature compensation the pH-regulator ensures precise and stable measurement results even under demanding conditions. The measurement is made by a high-quality glass electrode which, in combination with a reference electrode, precisely determines the pH value. The pH-control has a broad measurement range from pH 0 to 14 and a high resolution of pH 0.01. The accuracy is ±0.1 pH, allowing even the smallest changes to be detected reliably.

The system is equipped with a 3 inch TFT color display, which clearly shows all the relevant measurements, status displays and settings. The device is operated via an intuitive keypad with menu navigation. The pH-control offers different operating modes, including measurement, calibration and storage functions. Calibration can be performed on a one- or two-point basis to achieve optimum measurement results. The integrated real-time temperature compensation ensures accurate values even at changing temperatures.

For integration into industrial control systems, two 4 ... 20 mA analogue outputs, three relay outputs (SPDT, 250 V AC/30 V DC, max. 5 A) as well as an RS485 interface with Modbus RTU protocol are available. The pH regulator enables the storage of measuring and calibration data that can be called up via the display. The housing of the regulator is protected according to IP55, the sensor according to IP68, whereby a use in harsh environments is possible.

Typical applications for the pH-regulator are the water quality monitoring in waste water treatment, process control in industry, drinking water monitoring as well as measurement in surface and ground water.
