PCE Instruments PCE-RAM 6 Geiger-Mueller counter Radiation: Gamma, X-ray, Beta Acoustic signal

The radiation meter offers a measurement range from 0.00 to 1000 µSv,h and ensures accurate measurements with a resolution of 0.01 µSv,h. Equipped with a highly sensitive Geiger counter and a sensitivity of 80 µSv, h, it enables reliable recording of radiation levels over a large energy range from 48 keV to 1500 keV. Optionally, the device has alarm modes with adjustable limits from 0.2 µSv,h to 10 µSv,h, which offer the user acoustic or vibration-based alerts for a quick response to high radiation levels. Apart from the current measured value, the radiation meter also graphically displays the trend of the measuring curve of the last 3 minutes.

Our radiation meter with a Geiger counter as a sensor is a versatile instrument for monitoring X, gamma and hard beta radiation in radioactive areas. With fast response, a wide measuring range and the display of dose equivalent rates, it offers a reliable solution for a variety of applications. Frequently used in the workplace, industrial and medical applications as well as in the environmental control of nuclear installations.

With its compact dimensions and an LC color display, the radiation meter is user-friendly and suitable for use in different environments. The automatic shutdown contributes to extending the battery life and ensures efficient use. Overall, the device offers a reliable and accurate solution for radiation monitoring in a variety of applications.
