Level and removal monitoring / freely adjustable limit loads / platform size 400 x 500 mm / 3 OC switching outputs / 1 interruption contact / bidirectional RS-232 interface / RS-485, analogueue outputs 4-20 mA, 0-10 V optional the silo scale for container - fill level - removal - monitoring offers the possibility of ensuring the supply of a production plant effectively and reliably. The silo scale for container monitoring can not only monitor the current level of the container, but also the continuous weight reduction. With the monitoring of the current level, the silo scale for container - fill level - removal - monitoring can prompt the machine operator in time for filling the tank. For this purpose, the silo scale for container monitoring has three passive switching contacts (potential-free contact / optocoupler outputs / OC). A switching contact of the monitoring silo scale can be used, for example, for a green traffic light. This switch contact is active when the actual status of the tank is OK. If the container reaches a minimum limit / minimum load, a yellow or red traffic light can be switched by a second switching contact, which is to request the user to refill it. The traffic lights are not included in the delivery, but can be ordered optionally for the silo scales for container monitoring. The second monitoring option for the silo scales is continuous weight loss. This function can monitor the filling operations of the machines and report any material removal failures. In this case, a weight reduction per unit of time can be stored in the silo scales for container - filling level - removal - monitoring. Example g/min, kg/min, g/h, kg/h in the event of deviations in the material removal, the silo scale for container monitoring switches on again a switching contact which can be used, for example, to cause a siren/traffic light or to shut down the machine. The objective of this monitoring is to avoid the idle running of production machines by e.g. blocked removal screw and thus to significantly reduce downtimes and rework times. An external switch contact enables the monitoring function of the silo scale for container monitoring to interrupt in order to be able to stop the irregularities on the container in a calm way. In addition to the various interfaces, accessories for the silo scales for container monitoring include, for example, a display that can be installed in a control cabinet. Furthermore, we offer the warning arms as well as a GSM modem, which can inform the operator via SMS about the status of the container.
