PCE Instruments PCE-TM 200 Tension/compression gauge 0.04 - 2 N Manufacturer's standards (no certificate)

The tension gauge allows exact measurement of tension in filaments and linear materials. The handy digital tensile voltage measurement device offers three freely selectable working modes: Real-time, hold and peak value. It supports five different measurement units (CN, oz, kgf, N, lb) and achieves a measurement accuracy of ±2.5 % FS.

The DC voltage meter is equipped with an integrated USB interface that allows convenient data communication. Collected data records can be transferred to a PC software and further processed there and exported as an xlsx file. A total of up to 41 data groups can be stored on the cable tension meter, WAS supports systematic process control.

Thanks to the variable thickness adjustment and a measuring head width of 65 mm, the tensile stress measuring device offers a high flexibility for different applications. The tension sensor is widely used in the wire and cable industry, the textile and chemical fiber industry, the metal wire and carbon fiber industry and in many other industries.

This tension measuring device impresses with its easy handling, precise measurement results and versatile application possibilities and is thus the ideal solution for professional measuring tasks. The tensile voltage meter is operated with 2 AA batteries, which can be charged via the supplied power adapter.
