Description
The UVA meter is a highly advanced instrument, which is characterized by its versatility and precision. With its dual measurement channels, the UVA measuring device enables the simultaneous measurement of UV-A radiation and visible light. This function of the UVA meter is especially useful for applications that require extensive light characterization.
The UVA meter offers two separate UVA measuring ranges, WAS enables precise adaptation to different lighting conditions. Automatic measurement range switching in Lux mode ensures reliable recording of lighting strengths in different environments, regardless of the lamp type. The accuracy of the UVA meter is underpinned by compliance with the "ISO/CIE 19476 characterization of the power of illuminance meters and luminance meters" standard.
Thanks to the external sensor, the UVA meter can be flexibly positioned to take exact measurements at different places. This function is useful, for example, for measuring UV lamps for material testing according to the standards "EN ISO 9934-1 Non-destructive testing with magnetic powder" and "EN ISO 3059 Non-destructive testing Intrusion testing and magnetic powder testing", in which a precise UVA measurement is crucial. The precise measurements ensure reliable monitoring and quality assurance in the processing of UV-sensitive materials.
The UVA meter Ideal is also suitable for monitoring workplace lighting. It enables accurate measurement of the intensity of light to ensure that the lighting conditions meet the required standards and that an optimal working environment is ensured.
The possibility for data storage makes the device especially user-friendly. Users can easily record and analyze measurement results to monitor long-term trends or document quality checks.
Overall, the UV/light meter provides a comprehensive solution for applications requiring accurate measurement of UV-A radiation and visible light. With its advanced features and simultaneous measurement capabilities, it is an indispensable tool for areas such as material testing, bench monitoring and workplace lighting control.
