PCE Instruments PCE-VM 22 Vibration tester

The industrial safety meter has a measurement range of 0 - 200 m/s² during acceleration. In addition to the acceleration, the safety measuring device can also carry out the speed, displacement, frequency and an ISO 18016-3 measurement. During vibration measurement, an FFT view is displayed at the same time for the safety measuring device. By pressing a button, you can switch from FFT analysis to the actual wave view of the vibration. This allows an oscillation to be analyzed and evaluated even better with the occupational safety measuring device. The magnetic holder for the vibration sensor of the vibration meter is designed in such a way that it can be attached to curves with a minimum radius of 20 mm. In addition to vibration measurement, the safety device also has an external infrared temperature sensor. This temperature sensor can be used to measure surface temperatures between -70 to 380 °C. A further measuring function for the safety measuring device is the contact-free speed measurement. This allows, for example, ventilation systems to be checked for the number of revolutions using the safety device. A 4 GB memory is installed in the industrial safety measuring device. The measurement data can then be transferred from the safety device to a PC. A free software is available to analyze the data. Due to its many functions, the industrial safety meter is a universally applicable measuring tool. This makes the industrial safety measuring device used, for example, for maintenance on generators or motors. The industrial safety meter can optionally be equipped with an ISO certificate.
