Description
The four-channel vibration measuring device is a technically advanced instrument for the precise measurement and evaluation of vibrations in industrial applications. It enables the simultaneous measurement of vibrations at shafts and bearings via four independent channels. Equipped with high-quality piezo acceleration sensors, even the smallest vibrations can be accurately detected.
The multi-channel vibration meter has various measurement functions, including acceleration, speed, distance and speed, to cover a wide range of applications. It also offers the possibility of balancing with up to 8 correction levels in order to balance out imbalances in rotating machines. In addition, a route measurement can be carried out with the vibration meter/vibration meter, especially for recurring measurements at identical measurement points. An evaluation according to ISO 10816 "Evaluation of mechanical vibrations" is also possible.
The device is equipped with a USB interface and an internal memory of 4 GB for data transfer and storage. The four-channel vibration meter has a robust design and is protected against dust and moisture to ensure operation in demanding industrial environments.
Engineers and technicians can use this 4-channel vibration meter to monitor and analyze machines to ensure smooth operation and longer service life.
