PCE Instruments PCE-VT 3850S-ICA Vibration tester ±2 %

The vibration meter is the ideal companion for checking vibrating parts, machines and systems. The external vibration sensor in the vibration meter can be used to determine the oscillation range up to 3.9 mm, the vibration velocity up to 399.9 mm/s and the vibration acceleration up to 399.9 m/s². The vibration meter comes with RMS, tip, tip and crest factor as measuring parameters. Another function of the vibration meter is the automatic evaluation according to ISO 10816-3. Thus, the vibration meter can determine the current vibration condition of a machine by means of a good-bad evaluation. This allows the vibration meter to be used for repair and maintenance work on machines, for example. The built-in LiPo battery with a capacity of 2500 mAh is a battery runtime of up to 20 hours possible. The LiPo battery can be recharged via the micro-USB interface for the vibration meter.

In order to process the measured values further, they can be stored directly on the vibration meter. An internal memory is available for this purpose. The measured values can be saved manually or automatically by the vibration meter. After a measurement, the recorded measured values can be read from a PC. With the software for the vibration meter the measured data can now be analyzed on the basis of the graphical display and table list. The measured data can be exported as a CSV file for further processing. If a firmware update is available for the vibration meter, this can also be done directly via the software.
