Description
The noise level meter is specially designed for the reliable and precise measurement of noise in different environments. It supports eight operating modes, including standard sound level measurement, integral mean, statistical analysis, parallel measurement, 24-hour measurement as well as 1/1- and 1/3-octave measurements and indoor noise measurements.
The device measures frequency-evaluated sound pressure levels with A-, C-, Z- and low-frequency evaluation as well as time-weighted sound levels with fast, slow and pulse-time evaluations. It meets the requirements of national and international standards such as GB/T 3785.1-2010 and IEC 61672-1:2013. The integrated 16-GB-memory card enables the automatic storage of calibration and measuring protocols.
Power is supplied by 5 AA batteries; a power bank can be used for longer measurements as an option. The device features an LCD display with warning signals for overload, undervoltage and battery, an analogue and digital output interface and a USB interface for data transfer. Explosion-proof versions are available that comply with the protection requirements Ex ib I MB and Ex ib IIb T4 GB. Ideal is suitable for measurements in electromechanical systems, ambient noise, traffic noise as well as industrial hygiene and field noise.
