Description
During a measurement, it is possible to record the measured values via the data logger function in the ultrasound flow meter. Starting and stopping conditions and the storage interval can be set from 1 seconds to 12 hours with the ultrasound flow meter. One storage point in the ultrasonic flow meter contains all measured variables once. The measured values are stored on the 32 GB built-in memory of the ultrasound flow meter. 10 million measurement points can be stored on the ultrasound flow meter.
With the optional software, the recorded measured values can be read from the ultrasound flow meter. For the analysis, the measured values of the ultrasound flow meter can be displayed in tabular as well as graphically. For further processing of the measured values from the ultrasound flow meter, these can be exported in the .csv file format. Alternatively, a PDF report can be created via the software. For simplified operation, the ultrasound flow meter can be set using the software. A live view of the measured values from the ultrasonic flow meter is also possible with the software.
In order to determine the amount of heat with the ultrasound flow meter, two additional thermocouples are needed. These are available in the PCE-TDS 200+. The two thermocouples of the ultrasound flow meter are connected to the forward and backward flow of a pipe system. Based on the temperature difference and the measured flow rate, the ultrasound flow meter can determine the amount of heat. If necessary, the ultrasound flow meter can calculate and display the costs simultaneously during the measurement, per heat unit. The ultrasound flow meter is therefore used, for example, for checking the heating system.
The ultrasound flow meter's LC color display is 2.8" in size making it easy to read. Optionally, the ultrasound flow meter can be equipped with an ISO or DAkkS calibration certificate.
PCE-TDS 200 SR SENSOR
Connected on-rail sensors for pipe sizes DN 15 … 100 / 20 … 108 mm. Both sensors are located on a rail to facilitate the positioning of the sensors. For simplified handling, there is an appropriate handle on the rail. Magnets are located below the rails and allow you to hold on to pipes with an ferrous metal.
