Particularly suitable for burring difficult-to-work components such as cylinder heads or toothed wheels due to the plastic trim. Due to the larger length of the crew and higher flexibility, it is optimally usable for machining aluminum. Suitable for use on stationary machines, machining centers and robots.Drive types:- Flexible shaft drive- Straight grinder- Stationary machinesUses:- Roughing- Deburr- Clean- Structuring (matting, line matting and satinating)Application refrence:- For particularly aggressive use and a high surface quality of the workpiece, use the CO coating material.Material:- Aluminium- Other non-ferrous metals- High-temperature resistant materials- Cobalt base alloys- Nickel base alloys (e.g. B. Inconell and Hasteloy)- Nickel or titanium super alloys- Non-ferrous metal- Bronze- Titanium- Titanium alloys- Soft titanium alloys (tensile strength 500 N/mm²)- Stainless steel (INOX)- Cast iron- Wood- Steel, cast steelProduct advantages:- Complete packaging to wide rollers is possible due to the special design.- Optimal adaptation to the contour of the workpieces thanks to high flexibility.
