Description
Novelty 2022: Variant of BR E 32 in the design as BR 132 in epoch IV. After the E 52 series (article no. 51824) and E 91 series (article no. 51540), PIKO now brings together the E 32, another important representative of the old electric locomotives. The rod drive and the spoke wheels, the short design as well as the axle arrangement 1’C1‘, let the relationship of the old-built elooks to the steam locomotives shine through. Now PIKO has implemented this piece of railway history en miniature. Special features are the fine details to be recognized, such as the rivets on the roof, set parts, such as sandboxes, brake hoses and hand rods. Contemporary lamps as well as the filigree scissors pantographs round off the model visually. Technically, the locomotive knows how to inspire with a standard light change in LED technology with red tail lighting. In the sound version, the E 32 is equipped with a PSD XP 5.1 S sound decoder ex works. As a further highlight, the BR 132 features PIKO TrainSound® onboard.
