Piko TT 47130 TT series 93.0 steam locomotive of DR

Complete new design of the steam locomotive BR 93 in the scale 1:120! The analogue version possesses a Next18 interface for the easy installation of a digital or sound decoder. For sound retrofitting, there is also space for a speaker with a maximum diaphragm surface. In Prussia, efforts were always made to rationalize the locomotive, so that in the late 1910's the construction of a new tender locomotive was based on tried and tested construction principles. For example, parts of the drive and drive were taken over by the tried and tested G8.1 with some changes. The new locomotives were integrated as series T14. A total of 457 copies were built for the Prussian State Railways. Afterwards, the Imperial Railways in Alsace-Lorraine also ordered 40 locomotives of this type. After the Second World War, the genus was scattered across Europe between 93.0 and 4. In addition to the divided Germany, it was also used in Poland, Belgium and Austria. The DB used their machines until 1960, whereby the Bw Limburg and the tracks between Lahn, Dill and Sieg were their last refuge. With the DR the operation continued until 1971, here the locomotives were especially in and around Berlin above all before goods trains were used. The model has TT close couplings!
