Description
The mechanical safety switches PSENmech are suitable for the safe monitoring of a movable separating protective device. If protective devices are opened, the PSENmech safety switches are actuated. The hazardous machine movement is then stopped using the Pilz evaluation unit.
The PSENmech safety switches prevent unintentional opening of the protective door by means of increased pulling force of the actuator. They comply with the EN 1088 standard (bypass protection) by means of their mechanically coordinated actuator.
Advantages of safe protective door monitoring
· High plant availability
· Built-in protection against manipulation
· Short commissioning and downtimes
· Flexibility and speed of installation
· Up to 4 horizontal and vertical approach directions
· Wide operating temperature range for versatile use
· Dust-resistant, dust-proof and waterproof housing
· Secure complete solution in connection with Pilz evaluation devices
· Long life through robust design and high mechanical load capacity
