Quadrios 1905C140 Core connector flexible: - fixed: - Number of pins: 2, 3, 4 25 Parts Yellow, Red, Blue

These useful single wire connectors in the set are optimally suitable for applications in which humidity or adverse ambient conditions play a role, such as telephone wires, door intercommunication systems or in harsh industrial environments in measurement technology, signal and control applications. Through a gel filling of the connector, the contact is best protected against liquid media in the long term and ensures a secure connection of signal lines or for voltages up to 75 V/DC or 50 V/AC. The cables are stripped during the crimping process and the electrical contact is made, during this process some gel can escape from the clamp - which depends on the diameter of the cables used and is completely normal.
For crimping, a parallel closing crimping pliers is optimally suitable for wire connectors. The correctly manufactured connection is mechanically firm, moisture resistant, electrically safe and vibration resistant.
The maximum load capacity is 3 A/ 75V/DC / 50 V/AC, the terminals can be connected at an ambient temperature of -30 °C ... +70 °C.
