Description

Suitable for machines: This fan-type grinding disc (blade) is suitable for angle grinders of all power classes. Material suitability: The Rhodius fan grinding disc LSZ F EXTENDED was specifically developed for the machining of stainless steel (e.g. V2A, 1.4301), steel (black steel also called structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. The disc scores here with a very high service life and continuous aggressive abrasion. Construction and production: The disc is manufactured in accordance with EN 13743 and has been tested for safety and is also OSA certified. It has a glass fiber backing plate. The user can work with Hohem contact pressure. With the LSZ F EXTENDED a high-quality zirconium is used as grinding grain. This is self-sharpening. All Rhodius-lamellae are also free of iron and sulfur. The lamellas are conical on this disc. The conical arrangement of the lamellas of 10° improves the ergonomics during grinding and thus facilitates the handling. Quality: With the LSZ F EXTENDED, the user receives the best Rhodius tool in his category. Rhodius Topline products stand for the highest level of performance and quality. Application: The LSZ F EXTENDED scores with a very long life. The special "top-size coating" of the lamellas also provides for a still cooler grinding. This premium tool is perfectly suitable for demanding grinding and offers optimal price-performance ratio. Dimensions: The fan grinding disc is available in diameters from 115 mm to 150 mm and, depending on the version, with FEPA grain sizes of 40, 60 and 80.
