Rhodius FT33 200773 Cutting disc set 25 pc(s) Steel

Machine suitability: The FT33 cutting wheel is suitable for hand applications of angle grinders as well as for high frequency (HF) and compressed air machines of all power classes. Material suitability: The FT33 is specially designed for use on steel (black steel also referred to as structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. Construction and production: The cutting wheel contains high-quality corundum (aluminum oxide) and 2 full-surface fiberglass fabric. The minimum side load for the cutting disc is according to EN 12413 and OSA 40 N, or from diameter 150 mm 50 N. The expiry date (three years) is stamped in the boring ring. A constant quality is ensured by complex in-process controls in production. To provide a safety Maximum, every one of the thousands of discs is tested in a destructive way. This is a straight-shaped disc (form 41). Cutting discs with a straight shape enable a greater immersion depth and thus also more cuts. Quality: With the FT33, the user receives a tool that justifies the high quality demands in industry and trade. The FT33 comes with an aggressive cut and extremely smooth operation.
