Description

Connecting a capacitor in series with a resistor is a highly effective method of lengthening the lifetime of contacts. This also provides interference suppression. Self-healing interference suppression capacitors made of metal film, for alternating and direct current applications. They reduce the transient voltage surges and high-frequency interference that occur when reactive loads are switched. VDE approved.
