Description

The standard press jaw of the TH contour with a nominal diameter of 25 mm is suitable for Ideal for system-compliant crimping of fittings for plastic pipe systems. An extended service life of the press jaw as well as a precise crimping is achieved by the special, partial laser hardening process called DURA LAZR TEC. As a result, there is minimal wear within the crimp contour as well as a doubling of the crimp cycles compared to the previous model. The quality of the press jaws, over the entire service life, is perfected by the optimized corrosion protection. With the integration of a 3-bolt synchronous operation mechanism the opening of the press jaw becomes a ease in daily use (one-finger operation). The Rothenberger press jaws are suitable for all presses with a thrust force of 32-34kN thanks to the use of high-capacity special steel. The standard press jaw is suitable for use with the ROMAX 4000, ROMAX 3000 AC and ROMAX AC ECO presses with constant axial thrust force. The crimp is perfect for crimping in new construction, for renovation works and for maintenance of plastic systems.
