Schneider Electric HMIBSCEA53D1EM30 HMIBSCEA53D1EM30 eMobility charging monitor

EcoStruxure EV charging Expert is a dynamic EV charge management for the Schneider Charge Pro. For residential buildings, it is recommended to optimize the impact of the consumption of the charging infrastructure for electric vehicles on the electrical installation. The charging management takes over the control of up to 30 charging points, which are grouped in up to 5 electrical zones with 3 zone levels. The capacity of zones or load points can be extended if required by means of license upgrades. It is also possible to use various functions for efficient operation of the load infrastructure. The utility-based electricity tariff can be planned in such a way that the charging of electric vehicles is restricted at high electricity prices and maximized at low prices. The start-up, operation and maintenance of the charging points takes place via an integrated web server via an Ethernet connection via an RJ45 connection and HTTPS protocol. The loading controller can be installed in an interior housing that is mounted on a DIN rail. It is powered by an external 24Vdc power supply. The IP protection class is IP40. The operating temperature is between 0°C and 50°C. The storage temperature is between -20°C and 60°C. The dimensions are (W) 157mm x (H) 150mm x (D) 46mm. The LAN connection network with the Charge Pro Wallboxes is established by an Ethernet connection via an RJ45 port and an external 8-port switch. Communication with the Wallboxes takes place via OCPP 1.6J. An external energy meter can also be integrated into the LAN network. The Charging Station Management System (CSMS) uses the OCPP 1.6 JSON protocol via an external 4G modem for communication with the operators of charging stations (CPOs). The charging management has CE, UK and RMC certification.
