Schneider Electric HMIBX1A0NEVB100SCP HMIBX1A0NEVB100SCP eMobility charging monitor

This EcoStruxure EV Charging Expert is an EV charge controller that enables dynamic charge management for Schneider Charge Pro, EVlink Pro AC and Pro DC charging stations as well as Schneider Starcharge Fast. It is recommended for multi-family houses, commercial and industrial buildings as well as for fleet depots in order to optimize the impact of energy consumption of the EV charging infrastructure on the electrical installation. The capacity allows control of up to 250 EV charging stations, divided into up to 20 electrical zones with 4 zone levels. It is also possible to use various functions for efficient operation of the EV load infrastructure. Time-of-use (electricity tariffs) can be planned to limit charging at high electricity prices and to maximize charging at low prices. VIP user badges and charging stations are subject to load shedding only in case of emergency when it is absolutely necessary to maintain the energy supply, since they take precedence over other users when charging electric vehicles. The registration and download of loading operations is possible for analyzes, internal cost distributions or accounting. APIs are available for integration into a building energy management system (BEMS). It prioritizes PV-generated energy for charging electric vehicles. Commissioning, operation of EV charging stations and maintenance of the device are carried out via an integrated web server via an Ethernet connection via an RJ45 interface and the HTTPS protocol. The device can be mounted on a DIN rail in an interior housing. The power is supplied via an external 24 VDC power supply unit. The operating temperature range is between -20 °C and +70 °C. The storage temperature range is between -40°C and +80°C. The dimensions (W) are 98 mm × (H) 140 mm × (D) 48 mm. The LAN connection to the EVlink charging stations is via Ethernet (RJ45) and an external 8-port switch. The OCPP 1.6 JSON protocol is used for communication with the EVlink charging stations. An external building energy meter can also be integrated into the LAN network. For communication with the Charge Point operator (CPO), the charging station management system (CSMS) uses the OCPP 1.6 JSON protocol via an external 4G modem. The EV charging management features CE, UK and RMC certifications.
