Seasonic PRIME PX-2200 PC power supply unit 2200 W ATX, EPS 80 PLUS Platinum

PRIME PX ATX 3
When selecting a power supply, it is critical to assess the power required for current and future components in your system. The Seasonic PRIME PX -2200 is a robust power supply that can reliably provide power to up to four RTX 4090 graphics cards thanks to compliance with the ATX 3 .1 and PCIe 5 .1 specifications. Designed for demanding applications such as artificial intelligence and other workloads with Hohem power consumption, this flagship of the PRIME series delivers superior performance based on high-quality components.

ATX 3.1 and 16-pin PCIe Gen 5.1 cable (12V-2x6)
SeasonicThe latest PRIME ATX 3.1 series was developed and built for the power supply of new PC components that require the new ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 standards.

Micro tolerance load regulation
SeasonicThe latest design keeps the output voltage in a very narrow range and achieves a load regulation of less than 1 %. This impressive electrical performance and stability makes this power supply an ideal choice for high performance systems.

Digital hybrid fan control
SeasonicIn developing hybrid mode, Linde's many years of experience in developing the quietest and most efficient power supplies on the market was used: A state-of-the-art digital fan control system that allows the user to keep the fan noise at the lowest possible level.

Fluid dynamic fan bearing
High-power fans with fluid dynamic bearings (FDB) are designed to use the shock-absorbing effect of oil. They are extremely reliable and generate much less operating noise and heat than fans with ball bearings. The lubrication of the bearing surface reduces friction and vibration and thus reduces the total power consumption. With its effortless, quieter rotation and the robust design, this reliable fan technology also significantly increases the life of the fan.

As the fan shaft rotates, high-pressure oil flows along the bearing sleeve grooves, creating a thin layer of lubrication between the bearing surfaces.

As the engine speed increases, the dynamic oil pressure increases and the shaft is lifted out of the bearing to produce a smooth, effortless rotation. The herringbone shape of the grooves helps to manage the lubricant efficiently and to avoid leaks.
